1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days Statutory, Extended to 30 Days)

   
   

   In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 30 calendar days after receiving your goods, without needing to provide any justification. As an extra benefit for our customers, we extend our return period to 30 days after delivery.
2. Return Eligibility Conditions

   
   

   To qualify for return, all requirements below must be satisfied:

• Goods remain unused and in original condition. For electric bikes, only reasonable test riding is allowed.
• Complete original packaging must be kept intact, including all user manuals, tools, chargers and supplied accessories.
• Valid proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.
• Products modified, disassembled, or with removed speed limiters are not eligible for return.
  
  
  If the bicycle shows obvious riding wear, scratches, or missing original packaging, corresponding depreciation fees will be deducted from the refund amount in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

3. Return Shipping Charges
   
   
   ✅ Defective goods / Incorrect item delivered: We bear the return shipping cost.
   
   
   ❌ Change of mind (no product defect): The customer is responsible for all return delivery fees.
   
   
   Due to the large size and weight of electric bicycles, return shipping fees normally vary from €50 to €150, subject to your delivery location within the EU.

Note: We only support returns from addresses located inside the European Union. Orders shipped to territories outside the EU cannot be returned under this policy.

4. Refund Procedure

   
   

   Once we receive and complete inspection of the returned goods, we will inform you whether your refund request is accepted.

   
   

   If approved, funds will be refunded to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
5. Transit-Damaged Goods

   
   

   Please check your package immediately upon delivery.

   
   

   If items arrive damaged during transport, contact us right away within 48 hours and provide clear photos or videos showing the damage and outer packaging.
