At 01cycles.com, operated by E-MOTION FRANCE SARL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition (e-bikes must have less than 10km on the odometer).
• The item must be in the original packaging, including all manuals, tools, and accessories.
• A proof of purchase (order number) is required.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Quality Issues/Wrong Item: If the product is defective or incorrect upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Change of Mind: If you are returning the item for personal reasons (no quality issue), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Due to the size and weight of e-bikes, return shipping costs typically range between €50 and €150 depending on your location.

4. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

5. Damaged Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is damaged during transit, contact us immediately with photos/videos of the damage.
