EU Countries: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all e-bike orders within the European Union.
Accessories: Shipping costs for small accessories may vary based on weight and destination (calculated at checkout).
2. Processing Time Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). You will receive a notification once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

3. Delivery Time & Warehouses

Warehouse Locations: We ship from our local warehouses in Germany and the Netherlands.
Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days for most EU destinations.
4. Shipping Carriers We partner with reliable carriers including DHL, UPS, and DPD to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.
