These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on 01cycles.com, operated by E-MOTION FRANCE SARL. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and Contract When you place an order, it represents an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders for legitimate reasons (e.g., pricing errors or stock unavailability).

2. Pricing and Payment All prices on the site are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT for EU destinations. Shipping is free for e-bikes within the EU. We accept payments via Stripe (Credit Cards), PayPal, and Klarna.

3. Delivery and Risk Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery to your address. Please inspect the package immediately upon arrival and report any damage to support@01cycles.com.

4. Legal Warranty In accordance with EU law, all our e-bikes come with a 2-year legal warranty of conformity. This covers defects that existed at the time of delivery. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

5. Retention of Title The products remain the property of E-MOTION FRANCE SARL until full payment has been received.

6. Governing Law These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
